This website serves as a product catalogue and information resource for Aquanello kitchen and bathroom fixtures, including kitchen taps, bathroom faucets, bathtub faucets, shower sets and shower components, and accessories. It is intended both for trade professionals (importers, wholesalers, distributors) and for the people who live with our products every day.
Products cannot be purchased directly through this website. No prices are displayed and no transactions take place on this platform. All product orders, pricing, and commercial arrangements are handled through separate agreements between Aquanello and its authorised partners. To buy an Aquanello product, contact an authorised dealer.
What the Website does offer is a direct route to us. You can send us an enquiry, submit a warranty claim, or, if you are an importer, wholesaler, distributor, or retailer looking to carry the range, apply through our Become a Dealer page. Applications are assessed as set out in section 6, and submitting one does not create a commercial relationship.

"Partner" refers to any authorised Aquanello importer, wholesaler, distributor, or dealer who has entered into a separate commercial agreement with Aquanello Ltd.

All Content on this Website is the property of Aquanello Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The Aquanello name, logo, series names, and all related product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Aquanello Ltd. 6. Dealer Applications
Submitting a dealer application through our Become a Dealer page does not guarantee approval or create any contractual obligation on the part of Aquanello Ltd. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion without providing a reason. All information submitted in a dealer application must be accurate and complete. Submitting false or misleading information may result in immediate rejection of the application and potential legal action.
Partnership terms, including but not limited to pricing, territories, minimum order quantities, payment terms, and delivery arrangements, are established through separate written agreements between Aquanello Ltd and the approved partner. These commercial agreements are not governed by these website terms and conditions.
7. Enquiries and Warranty Claims
Contact forms on this Website are provided so that you can reach us directly. Submitting a form does not by itself create any obligation on our part beyond responding to your enquiry.
Warranty claims follow one of two routes. Authorised partners, including wholesalers, distributors, and dealers, submit claims to us directly through the warranty claim form, whether on their own account or on behalf of a customer who bought through them. If you bought an Aquanello product as an end customer, your claim should be raised with the retailer you bought it from, who will assess it and bring it to us where necessary. Where an end customer contacts us directly, we will normally refer you back to that retailer, and we may pass on the details you have provided so that the claim can be handled there.
Submitting a claim does not constitute acceptance of that claim, by us or by the retailer. All claims are assessed against the terms set out on our Warranty page. Information submitted through any form must be accurate and complete, and any photographs or documents you provide must relate to the product concerned. We may request further information before a claim can be assessed. Personal data submitted through these forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Product Information and Accuracy
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, and other information on this Website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

10. Warranty
Aquanello products are covered by our product warranty, the full terms of which are available on our Warranty page. Coverage runs for five (5) years on taps, mixers, shower sets, PVD finishes, and accessories, and for one (1) year on hoses, waste sets, and installation accessories, subject in each case to the conditions and exclusions set out in the warranty itself. The warranty applies to products purchased from authorised Aquanello dealers and distributors only. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects, limits, or extends the warranty provided with our products. 11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aquanello Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Website, any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Content on this Website, any decisions made or actions taken based on information obtained from this Website, any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions, any interruption or cessation of the Website's operation, or any third-party content, links, or services accessed through this Website.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Warranty terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aquanello Ltd regarding your use of this Website. These terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings relating to the use of this Website. For authorised partners, separate commercial agreements govern the business relationship and prevail over these terms in the event of any conflict.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
